These terms govern the use of the beSurfaced™ / SCR™ service, operated by EVA DAVA EOOD ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT; EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are charged under the reverse-charge mechanism. The Audit fee may be credited toward the first month of a Retainer that starts within 30 days.
The Retainer runs on a 90-day minimum term, then continues month-to-month. After the minimum term you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Fees already billed for an elapsed or current month are non-refundable. There is no annual lock-in and no termination fee.
On a single agreed market and a fixed, written prompt set, if your SCR™ does not measurably improve within 90 days of an active Retainer, we continue the work at no additional fee until it does. The guarantee assumes you provide the access, approvals and information reasonably required, and applies to the agreed prompt set only.
AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and others) are third-party systems whose answers are non-deterministic and outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific wording, ranking or citation by any specific engine on any specific query. The SCR™ Score is our own measurement methodology.
On full payment, you own the content we deliver for your brand. Our methodology, tooling and the SCR™ framework remain our property.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
